Rural Iowa

So I'm driving through a very rural part of Iowa and I come to this little town, nothing very significant mind you. I drive by the High School and I see a sign out front listing their state championships in sports.....For instance, 1989 state champs girls softball. Their were about 10 or 12 listed on the billboard and obviously they were proud of these accomplishments as they should be. But what caught my attention was the 2003 jazz band championship! Are they serious? Jazz Band is now a sport? I don't get it....................

Starting over

I suspect that this blog will become a mix and match of whatever might be on my mind at that given time. No flow, to theme, no organization and especially no point! That kind of describes me anyway!
